A: Absolutely not. Casa Ocean Breeze PR is always rented to one group at a time. When booking, choose how many bedrooms you’d like open (1, 2, or all 3). The unused bedrooms are locked for your stay, but the rest of the residence—including the living areas, kitchen, bathrooms, balconies, and amenities—is 100% private to you and your group. This ensures you enjoy the privacy, comfort, and security of having the entire home to yourselves, no matter the bedroom option selected.
Q: Are utilities included?
A: Yes, typical residential usage is included. Please use A/C responsibly. We’re happy to discuss longer-term utility expectations before booking.
Q: Is there air conditioning?
A: A/C is in all three bedrooms. Common areas are fan-cooled with ocean breezes.
Q: Do you have backup power and water?
