We want to return to it in the same general condition as it was left for you. Only registered guests (ages 10+) are permitted to stay/sleep overnight in the home. Any violations of this rule will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund. We happily welcome your daytime visitors and do expect them to follow these reminders during their visit as well. This home is on a peaceful, quiet street. Please observe quiet hours; 10pm-8am. Avoid loud music/noise/conversation after 10pm as a courtesy to our neighbors. Please respect them, you may never face them again but we have to! No parties or events allowed…sorry, only we throw parties here & they’re epic ;) Be mindful of the constant breezes, they can get very strong, so please keep all doors secured on provided magnets to prevent slamming/damages. Please close doors gently. Secure any items you may leave outside to dry or risk losing them. No smoking allowed inside the home. Anywhere outside is OK. Please use ash tray (on front patio) or use other containers. Do not throw butts in grass/floor. If you cook meals, please wash up. Please do not pour oils/grease down the sink. Please use paper towels to wipe up used oil from pots, pans, dishes. If you move/relocate furniture into other rooms, please return them prior to check-out. Do not drag furniture across the floor, it will damage the floor finish. Kindly turn off ACs, fans, lights and unplug all electronic/charging devices when not in use/overnight/not home. Yes, we have a solar system but even it has its limits. Electricity is quite expensive on the island (to use and to generate)... Only the top floor (this floor) is included with your rental. Note, there is a security camera outside on the front of the house facing the front patio. We sometimes rent our indoor/outdoor lounge (right below your floor) which has a pool table, kitchen, dining area, bathroom and hammock area.
